It's Not Alright is the second song of the Quadrillogy, and the second Brian song about dealing with anxiety. This time from the perspective I had when I was much younger, and didn't know what I was dealing with yet. Originally it was going to be a sort of anti-love song, where it sounds like a song about a girl until you realize I'm talking to myself during a panic attack. That idea was scrapped, but the first line of the song was taken from that draft.
